I'll tell you my history
Tell you all I know
I traversed the country very far from a young age,
walking day and night with only my tired feet until reaching the
top of the tallest tree that couldn't be seen.
There were cries that could water away a desert forever.
There were ways I talked in dreams and look for things in my
sleep.
Everything rested in a tattered old pillow.
I had a beautiful life
It was lovely to have share it even without a dime
Maybe swallowed the moon once or twice
But it was all earthly and heavenly at the same time.
